Cookies Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, which categories we use on the Lucky Twice Casino site and why. It also sets out how to change your choices at any time and what to expect if you block cookies.

What cookies are and why we use them
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. It holds a short piece of information that lets the site recognise your browser on later pages or later visits. Pixels, tags and local storage do a similar job, and this policy covers them too.
We use cookies to keep the site working, to keep your account secure, to remember the choices you make, and to understand how our pages are used so we can improve them. Session cookies last only until you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set period or until you delete them.
Cookies we set ourselves are first-party cookies. Cookies set by the providers behind parts of our service, such as payments, fraud prevention, analytics or advertising measurement, are third-party cookies, and we only allow them where your consent choices permit it.
The purposes fall into a few plain groups:
- Security and account access: keeping you signed in and spotting unusual activity on an account.
- Compliance: supporting age and identity verification and helping our safer gambling tools work as intended.
- Service delivery: loading game content, spreading traffic across servers and remembering your language.
- Measurement: counting visits, timing page loads and finding errors that stop a page opening.
- Marketing: measuring whether our advertising reaches the right audience and capping how often a message is shown.
The categories of cookies we use
We group the cookies on our site into four categories. The cookie notice uses the same four, so the choice you make there maps directly onto the descriptions below.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed for the site to function and for us to meet our security and regulatory duties. They keep your session active as you move between pages, hold the cashier steady while a deposit is in progress, record that you have answered the cookie notice, and help us detect automated attacks. We hold a gaming licence and must verify accounts, and some of these cookies support those checks. They are set without asking for consent and cannot be turned off in our notice.
Performance and analytics cookies
These cookies tell us how our pages are used: which pages are opened, how long they take to load, where an error occurs and which route visitors take to the cashier. The reports we see are aggregated, so they describe groups of visitors rather than naming you. We use them to fix faults and to simplify navigation.
Functionality cookies
These cookies remember choices so you do not have to set them again: your language, whether sound is on or off in a game, how the lobby is displayed, and which prompts you have already seen. Blocking them does not stop the site working, but you may need to set your preferences on every visit.
Marketing cookies
These cookies measure our advertising and, where you consent, help show you relevant messages on other sites. They record that an advertisement was shown or clicked, cap repeats and help us avoid advertising to people who have asked not to be contacted. They stay off until you accept them, and we do not direct gambling advertising at under-18s.
| Category | What it does | Can you switch it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, cashier, security and verification | No, these are essential |
| Performance and analytics | Page speed, error counts and traffic reports | Yes, in the cookie notice |
| Functionality | Language, display and saved preferences | Yes, in the cookie notice |
| Marketing | Advertising measurement and frequency capping | Yes, off until you accept |
How to manage your cookie choices
You can change your choices at any time, in two places.
- In our cookie notice. The notice appears on your first visit and can be reopened from the cookie settings control in the footer of every page. You can accept all optional cookies, reject them, or switch the categories on and off one at a time and then save.
- In your browser. Every current browser lets you block or delete cookies, clear them when you close a window, or refuse third-party cookies. The controls sit in the privacy or security part of the settings menu, and your browser's help section explains the exact steps for the version you use.
Mobile devices also carry a setting that limits advertising identifiers, and clearing app data removes stored identifiers in a similar way. Cookie choices are saved per browser and per device, so if you use more than one device, or you clear your cookies, you will need to set your preferences again.
What happens if you block cookies
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off in our notice, but your browser can still block them. If you do that, parts of the site will not work properly.
- You may be unable to sign in, or you may be signed out as soon as you open a new page.
- Deposits and withdrawals may fail part-way through, because the cashier cannot keep track of the step you have reached.
- Games may not load, or may lose your settings each time you open them.
- Security and verification checks may flag your session, which can delay access to your account.
- The cookie notice may reappear on every visit, because the record of your answer cannot be stored.
Turning off optional cookies has a smaller effect. The site will still work, but your preferences will not be remembered, our fault reports will be less complete, and advertising you see elsewhere will be less relevant rather than absent.
Changes to this policy and how to reach us
We update this policy when the cookies on our site change or when the rules that apply to them change. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date it took effect is shown with it. Where a change affects the optional cookies we use, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie notice.
If you have a question about this policy, want to know more about a particular cookie, or need help changing your settings, e-mail us at support@casinoluckytwice.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. For requests about your personal data more widely, including access and deletion, write to privacy@casinoluckytwice.co.uk and our Privacy Policy sets out how we respond.
If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, you can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time. Free and confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from online gambling sites in a single step.
